At Vortex Pickleball, we provide Free Insured Shipping on all orders. 

Fulfillment Time:
All orders are processed and handed to our shipping carriers within 1–3 business days. 

Delivery Timelines:
Due to high viral demand for our high-performance paddles, please allow 7–12 business days for your delivery to arrive at your doorstep. 

Tracking Your Order:
The moment your paddle ships, our system will automatically email you a live tracking link. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time from the factory straight to your home.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@vortexgoods.co. We will dispatch a replacement paddle to you completely free of charge.
